New Course Layout And Practice Facilities
Situated next to the driving range, the new facilities and practice area will include three new practice holes and an improved chipping and pitching green, providing championship conditions for the short game. The existing range itself, famed for its breathtaking location and mesmerising views will be complemented by a large grass hitting tee.
The new challenging 10th hole is set outside the current golf course just moment away from the new training area and opposite the Clubhouse. Mackenzie & Ebert famed for their work on the British Open Championship courses and used by the R&A for many of the courses on the Open Rota, implemented an ambitious plan with a stunning new Par 5 hole situated over a deep ravine. It features panoramic views of the Troodos Mountain range and will undoubtedly be a hole to remember thanks to one of the best views in Cyprus.
Both these new developments will enhance the Minthis golf experience by creating new challenges for players of all abilities. During this short period of development a temporary driving range with practice area is set up with an additional short game area for chipping, pitching and bunker shots. All located a mere 50 metre walk away from Clubhouse. The course is fully operational, including a new 12th Par 3 hole, which makes the temporary layout a Par 69.
