The tournament will feature a 54-hole Pairs Stableford Event, offering participants a unique and engaging golfing experience. North Course
This Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course has been challenging players of all abilities and handicaps from across the world since 2007. Set against the backdrop of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains to the north and the Atlantic Ocean to the south, the 7182 yard, par 72 course blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
South Course
The second course at Monte Rei, The South, will also be a Jack Nicklaus Signature course. The design has been completed by the Nicklaus team, following Mr Nicklaus’ site visit, and construction will soon begin. Please keep an eye on our News Section for regular updates.
Event Details: 2 June, Sunday: Check-in at the resort from 15:00. Welcome barbecue Dinner. 3 June, Monday: 1st Round - 2 Person Scramble (team of 2) in Monte Rei. Free evening. 4 June, Tuesday: 2nd Round - 2 Ball Better Ball (team of 2) in Monte Rei. Free evening. 5 June, Wednesday: 3rd Round - 2-Ball Better Ball (team of 2) in Monte Rei. Award Ceremony Dinner. 6 June, Thursday: Check-out of the resort until 11:00. Tournament Information: Tournament played in Pairs Stableford format. Maximum handicap is 36. Net and Gross prizes. Special prizes for longest drive and nearest to the pin. Prize draw. Daily breakfast to start your day right. BBQ dinner with drinks included. Prize-giving dinner with drinks provided. Three rounds of golf at Monte Rei, including shared buggy and practice facilities access. Access to leisure facilities such as sauna, steam room, gym, and outdoor swimming pool.
